Jordan earned her M.A. in Art Therapy and Counseling from Adler University. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bi-Polar disorder, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship issues, and personality disorders. Jordan uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and an existential approach to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and finding meaning in their lives. She uses a strength-based and creative approach, focusing on the client’s individual values. She believes that by utilizing art making and creativity, therapy can assist clients in experiencing healing and resolution. Jordan aids individuals in reaching their potential through listening and collaborating to meet her clients’ needs. Her interests include camping, cooking, live music, and art making.
