The way I approach therapy could be considered eclectic because I believe that one size does not fit all. This is based on over a decade of experience being a classroom teacher. Using a differentiated approach, I work to meet the individual needs and personal goals of each client. The best way to understand is to think about past, present and future. My training from Northwestern University has allowed me to take a strength-based and person-centered approach which focuses on your current issue along with working toward gaining a deeper understanding about what might be fueling the challenges. I will show various CBT and Mindfulness strategies that will give you the tools to help as you progress towards your goals.
