Jordan is pursuing her master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling Psychology from Adler University. She is interested in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, Bi-Polar disorder, trauma, PTSD, and/or personality disorders. Jordan uses art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and an existential approach to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and find meaning in their lives. She uses a strength-based and artistic approach, focusing on the client’s individual values. She believes that by utilizing art making and creativity, therapy can assist clients in experiencing healing and resolution. Jordan applies art-based techniques to aid individuals in reaching their potential through listening, collaborating, and offering humanistic solutions to meet her clients’ needs. Her interests include camping, cooking, astrology, and art making.
