Group therapy can be a scary or anxiety-provoking idea, but can also be helpful in learning about ourselves in ways we may not expect. Group therapy fosters relationships with others, improves communication skills, and can help you feel less alone. Group therapy can be a tool to learn through your interaction with others and can help you build specific skills.
Our psychosocial groups are educational and process-oriented. Our therapists will provide education, as well as supporting individuals to process how they are currently feeling. Groups are a great way to process concerns such as anxiety, depression, feelings of isolation and loneliness, and can help you better understand these issues.
Our trained therapists have extensive experience in providing group therapy and fostering growth within members. Our group schedule will allow you to pick and choose which groups may be appropriate for you. We understand that every person will have a different experience in groups, which is why we offer a variety of groups.
