I believe in the healing power of being genuinely listened to and seen as one tells their story. In joining together, we will work to identify your strengths and resources, allowing you to build greater self-awareness, acceptance, and embrace living your truth. Through our collaborative process, we will also cultivate meaningful goals and build resilience, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
Before my graduate training, I worked as a self-employed coach helping women and men of all ages develop healthier relationships with their bodies and with food. My goal with every client was to support them in reaching their unique wellness goals with less restriction and more self love. I have guided at least a dozen mindful eating workshops, and have taught over 900 hours of yoga and fitness classes combined in the last five years. My personal passion for health and wellbeing has always been at the forefront of my career. If my professional journey has taught me anything, it’s that we are often drawn to teaching what we must also learn for ourselves. As an intern therapist, I continually do my best to meet my clients wherever they are on their journey and create a safe space for you to thrive.
