Ethan is currently completing his M.A. in Art Therapy and Counseling at Adler University. He works with adolescents, young men, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and existential stress.
Ethan takes an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from multiple theoretical perspectives to meet each person’s unique needs. His foundation is Person-Centered Therapy within the Humanistic tradition, grounded in the belief that individuals are the foremost experts on their own lived experiences. He emphasizes empathy, validation, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters clarity and growth.
Through art-based expression, Ethan supports clients in deepening self-exploration and insight. He prioritizes each client’s goals, helping them develop practical tools, skills, and perspectives that empower meaningful change and greater self-understanding.
